John and AdriAnn have been married for almost twenty years and have worked together since they met in 1999. Originally from the midwest, the Rodes relocated to unincorporated Boulder County in Coal Creek Canyon in 2020.
John and AdriAnn have owned and managed several residential properties. AdriAnn has a master’s degree in business administration and is a licensed real estate broker. John has over 25 years experience managing facility and team operations.
The Rodes started their business in property management and real estate based on their passion and knowledge of the field as real estate investors and property managers. In their free time, John and AdriAnn enjoy spending time with family and friends. They also love to explore the beautiful state of Colorado by hiking, camping, skiing, and snowboarding.
